Brian Williams: Field Customer Service Rep

Chambers Truss takes great pride in providing quality, personal service to each of our clients. In today’s fast-paced business world, it’s easy to get wrapped up in the momentum and lose track of the things that really matter, the customers.

Recently, one of Chambers valued customers took the time to point out how important good customer service is to his company. Tony Groza, Vice-President, Groza Builders Inc. sent the letter posted below regarding Brian Williams. Groza complimented Brian saying he is “courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.” Groza went on to say that “Brian always has been polite and gone above and beyond the call of duty to achieve customer satisfaction.”

Brian is a dedicated Chambers employee who continues to provide excellent customer service in the field. In his spare time, Brian enjoys riding his quad. Check it out!

In these busy times it is easier to be sloppy, not care, and rush thru our tasks to move onto the next thing.

 

I want to bring to your attention the exact opposite that I have experienced with one of your employees, Brian Williams. I have met him on jobs several times now and he is always very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Constantly fixing errors is very frustrating.
