CHAIN OF COMMAND

Safety
by passes the chain of command.
Safety rules cannot be overridden by supervisors.
It is the policy of Chambers Truss that employees
report unsafe conditions and do not do unsafe work.

Employees must report all accidents, injuries and
unsafe conditions to their supervisors.

No such report will result in retaliation, penalty or
other disincentive.

An anonymous safety suggestion box has be provided to
aid in reporting.

Employees may also make reports to any member of the
Safety Committee.
