This book in highly informative
and easy to read. I bought it at the International Home Builder's Show in
Atlanta in 2001 and read it on the way home. It is a real page turner.
The book tells the stories of jobs gone wrong in an
entertaining way. The owner's wife nagged him into making a bad decision, etc.
The stories are also analyzed, explaining construction practice and law.
This mix of amusing stories and text book is
a great teaching method.
I was inspired to try the method in our company
manuals.
